Prior to our trip Rafael and Sonia were quick to respond to our questions. They were very accommodating on delivery and pick up times, as well as being friendly and helpful. Trailer was clean and beds were comfortable. We would definitely consider renting this unit in the future and recommend it to anyone looking for a great family friendly trailer.
