What a fantastic experience. Memories were definitely made on our trip! Tam was beyond helpful and always available throughout our adventure. Can’t wait to do it again.

We had a hiccup with the trailer potty at the beginning of the trip that was not discovered until we landed at our first overnight destination. One of the valves feeding clean water into the potty was leaking and was not detected until the water to the trailer was turned on. Randall had a friend/helper who released the trailer to us and it wasn't detected during prep or inspection. A phone call with Randall the next day, a competent trailer repair service and Randall's prompt reimbursement for the repair got us back on the road. I appreciated that Randall made it right for us and our concerns were addressed. The trailer itself is nice and roomy once the slide is out. The bed is very comfortable. The closet space in the BR is very nice and there's even a space there to store boot/shoes. There are two entries, one off the bedroom with a screen door that allows more ventilation. The heating and A/C both work well. We had lots of hot and cold weather on this trip. The pantry closet is roomy to store food and dishes/pots/utensils. We traveled from Vancouver, WA to Joshua Tree, CA and back up I-395 through eastern CA and OR. The trailer handled well and even though there were sway bars, we did not have to use them. We especially liked the motorized levelers (front and back). We wish Randall all the best in renting his trailer in the future. One thing we did not do was to check with him on what was furnished with the trailer. That's one recommendation I would make to future renters of this or any RV.

I did a solo 4 days trip and I couldn’t be happier with the car! It drives very smoothly and it’s quite well insulated so it’s warm and quiet at night.
