Camping at its easiest! Delivery only

Unit was delivered late. I was already competing in my event, my first time checking the unit was at 1030pm. The fridge did not cool (I guess you are supposed to pre-cool them as they take hours to cool down) and the "TV/DVD" was only a TV that you can not even hook to the internet, basically a metal tent with lights in it. I didn't get to stay at the location where my teammates and other competitors where staying, I had to travel back and forth to the location all weekend. The unit was hooked up incorrectly so the toilet spewed water. I had to find a hotel at 11pm. Never did use the unit and the Host picked it back up the next morning. Host offered to refund me the 2nd night stay. Unacceptable, why would I be out any money for something I couldn't use and then had to incur additional hotel costs. She did explain the the toilet issue was because the water pressure was to high, like it was my fault - she installed the unit. My trip was made far more stressful and expensive because she did not deliver on time or with everything working inside the unit. She has since ghosted the Outdoorsy people. I wanted to believe that this was just one of those times everything just went wrong for her/me, delivery couldn't be on time, they didn't know how to hook it up, things weren't working.....just not a good transaction, but then she became unreasonable wanting me to pay for the waste disposal, cleaning fees, delivery and pickup, taxes and fees, and for one night since the unused RV was parked where SHE left it. And yes, she acknowledged everything, but took zero accountability.

The hosts were great! We rented the camper for our 3 adult children and their partners during a visit. They delivered it to our driveway and set everything up. We didn't have to think about it the entire visit. It was clean and comfortable and our kids definitely appreciated not having to sleep on sofas or blow-up mattresses. This worked out so well we will be doing it again when the kids return at the holidays.

We had a wonderful stay in Marcie's travel trailer. Marcie and her husband were very friendly and helpful hosts. The trailer was clean, modern, and fully stocked; all we needed to bring was food and toiletries. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

Marcie and Jason were very responsive, and the RV was very clean and orderly and comfortable! Our 12-year old daughter loved the bunk bed.

We had a blast at Lake Tawakoni State Park thanks to Marcie and her RV. Everything you could need was right there, just pack some clothes and grab some groceries on the way in. The camper was the perfect size for a family of four and a doodle. We enjoyed fishing, biking, exploring the trails, and relaxing under the awning. Marcie and her family were great to work with. They took the time to make sure everything was set up and showed us the ins and outs of the camper.
