2005 Fleetwood Tioga 23E RV. Easy to drive, park and setup. Large enough to sleep 5 comfortable and small enough to get into National and state parks. There is 35 Gallons of fresh water, 36 gallons of gray water and 35 gallons of black water holding capacity. The water heater supplies 6 gallons of hot water and the propane tank hold 14 gallons. The fuel tank hold 55 gallons of regular gasoline. This coach is built on a Ford E450 chassis and powered by a Ford Triton 6.8L V10 HP Engine with only 31,000 miles! Kenwood DNX576S navigation and entertainment system with apple car play and Andriod auto. This coach has a propane furnace to keep you warm in the winter and ice cold 13,500 BTU AC for the summer. Eileen and I (Paul) have two grown children and love to visit our National parks. The Tioga is just large enough to have a nice kitchen and bath but small enough to get into small parking lots and viewing areas. Most campgrounds will accommodate RVs under 25 feet which is why we chose the Tioga. I am an attention to detail type of guy and make sure that even the smallest repair is taken care of immediately. If you find any item that could use replacing or improvement please let me know. Enjoy your holiday and feel free to ask questions about things to do in our area or meeting any special needs.
