5Lyles and Allix Rawls were great hosts and were very helpful. Always quick to respond. The Travel Trailer was nice, clean, and comfortable. My family had a great time and would definitely recommend renting from this family.

• Dogs Welcome: Max 2. 25lb limit. Subject to deposit loss if odor/stains or damage.
• Maximum delivery distance is 90 miles, and due to hosts working full time, the earliest delivery time will be 6PM, but no later than 8PM.
• Proper Care: $75.00 Charge if tanks are not dumped properly or additional cleaning is needed after unit is returned.
• If renter would like to extend rental period mid-rental, a $75 charge will incur.
• LATE RETURNS: If renter is late with unit without prior communication (pre-pickup), a $75 late fee will incur.
• NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Zero tolerance and any odor detected will be subject to complete loss of deposit.
