We offer full delivery, set-up, and generator use if desired.Hank is equipped with a 2-burner stove top, microwave, refrigerator, air conditioning, shower, fireplace, and toilet. Additionally, there is a 24" wall-mounted Roku Smart TV and DVD/Blu-Ray player that is viewable throughout the trailer. Bring your own streaming or gaming device and enjoy camping in style by using our Hdmi phone/tablet adapter. (Make sure to download your favorite movies beforehand if camping remotely). DVD ‘s are provided.2 sleeping bags; 2 pillows; clean linens. We encourage you to bring additional blankets and pillows, especially if you’re camping at higher elevations. The trailer is equipped with an 8-foot electric retractable awning, as well as four stabilizer jacks. One feature that should really catch your eye is the fireplace. The fireplace comes equipped with temperature control, but can also act as a nightlight during the hotter months by simply turning off the heat at the press of a button. A wall-mounted A/C unit above the master bed keeps the whole trailer nice and cool even on the hottest days.At only 2,986 lbs (dry) and 21' 5: of total length, Hank boasts a whopping 5 person sleeping capacity with sleeping on the front queen bed, the dinette (The dinette is technically a single person sleeper but can fit two small children if need be) and of course the rear bunks. The rear bunks measure in at 72 inches of length, 29 inches of width and have a 300 pound sleeping capacity per bunk with plenty of headroom. What's includedGenerator rental details: Cost for generator is $25 p/day. Hours are not monitored as we provide unlimited use. Generator comes with a full tank of gas, which typically lasts a minimum of 8 hours, but can go as high as 18 hours. Please use 87 octane or higher when refilling.Trailer rental comes with basic necessities in order to use the RV, including: 24” Roku Smart TV, Roku remote; HDMI adapter for phone/tablet to TV adapter (we recommend downloading movies before departure if camping remotely); DVD/Blu-Ray player; 5-10 DVD’s; 2 sleeping bags; 2 pillows; water supply hose; clean waste dump hose; rubber gloves; long-handled lighter; 4 rolls of RV-friendly toilet paper; camp-friendly utensils including knife for cutting; full propane tank; 25’ extension cord; wheel chocks; hand crank for stabilizers; full tank of fresh (filtered) water (if camping remotely); 2 5/16” trailer hitch for self-towing (upon request); helpful guidebook with visual representations of how to operate the RV and it’s features; a PDF sent to you before your departure that both, itemizes the included items that come with the RV, and, itemizes our own *recommended* list of camping items to bring with you.RecommendationsReach out to us with any questions! We offer delivery to most areas in Southern Utah. Other things to noteAlthough it is not required to "dump" the waste tanks prior to returning the RV, we recommend doing so as there will be an additional charge of $100 if the tank(s) are returned without first being emptied. Be advised that a $100 waste-dump fee would **likely** be a required charge if you’re intending on having the RV delivered, and/or you don’t intend on a round trip delivery and pick-up. Please don’t hesitate to ask us about possible dump locations near your campsite. Please note: Shore/outlet/municipal power, or a generator is needed to run the A/C, electric fireplace, microwave, and/or TV.

Being that we’re born and raised in Cedar City, Utah, we're lucky enough to have a fairly deep understanding of Southern Utah’s beautiful mountains and National Parks. We’ve done it all around here, from camping, fishing, hiking, UTV/ATV riding…you name it, we’ve probably done it or seen it. Together, we've owned 5 RV's over the past 15-20 years, and absolutely love it.

Stephen was proactive in reaching out to me before the trip on several occasions, just to make sure I had all the info I needed. I was emailed a checklist and instruction manual for the trailer before pickup and instructions were given at pickup. Pickup and drop-off were super easy. I would definitely recommend.

Stephen’s answer

Thank you Dan! We appreciate the detailed review. You’re welcome back anytime!
