We are avid campers with little kids, and enjoy camping with a trailer SO Much! We have had this trailer for 3 summers and it has been amazing. A 23-foot trailer that offers a comfortable RV Queen bed (with added memory foam mattress), 1 large dinette that converts to a bed (sleeps 1 very comfortably but can accommodate 2), and 2 bunks each with their own large window. Has a bathroom with a toilet/sink and tub/shower combo. The tub is great for bathing those dirty kiddos! The U-shaped table can accommodate everyone to sit and eat together. It also has an outside shower which can really come in handy. Has electric awning with outside LED lights, and indoor/outdoor speakers. Loaded with Heat/AC and two ceiling fans (over main bed and in bathroom). A generator with remote can be added for an additional cost.Dry weight is 4060, gross weight is 7000.

You will need to have a vehicle with a 5000lb (minimum) towing capacity. We can supply the hitch with sway bars if needed.
