Mildred has two AC units to keep her cool and a furnace for those cold nights. You will love showering in Mildreds large shower that never runs out of hot water with the tankless hot water heater.
Outside you will find an outdoor TV for watching all your sports events or movies while sitting by the fire. The large outdoor awning features LED lights and outdoor speakers also allow for an outdoor dance party. There is an outdoor shower for the times your adventures include too much dirt to shower inside.
Mildred is a dream to drive with the backup camera and cameras on each side mirror. She also has auto leveling jacks making setup a breeze.
*The RV is 30ft long with two driver side slide outs. Keep this in mind when booking your site. Pull through sites are easiest to park in but the back up cameras make back in spaces manageable as well.What's includedThis RV includes all your basic items. Basic kitchen supplies, silverware, plates and bowls, keureg coffee maker and coffee mugs. We will provide linen and blankets for the king size bed and over cab queen bed as well as 6 towels and wash cloths. If you want to use the sofa bed you will need to bring your own lines for that.

2 adult camping chairs and 2 kids camping chairs, propane coleman grill for cooking outside, and outdoor rug.1. Things not included:

3. Items to start a fire
4. Food or coffee
5. Paper products (I will provide 2 rolls of RV toilet paper. Please make sure to purchase only RV toilet paper if you need more)

RecommendationsWe love taking Mildred on vacation. We love the beach, state parks and the large RV parks. She is perfect for state parks since she is just under 30 feet long. Other things to note1. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS! Our child is very allergic. You will be charged a $500 pet fee if we find evidence of a pet.
2. NO SMOKING in or around RV. We will charge a $500 cleaning fee for smoking or vaping. If you smoke or vape this is not the unit for you.
3. No dry camping! We require full hookups!This is also our home away from home and we want everyone to be able to enjoy Mildred so please treat her like you would your own. We are here to help you with any questions or planning needs.We will include several short videos to get you aquatinted with Mildred and also give a complete walk around when you pick it up.

5Kirby and his wife were great! The videos you receive prior to the trip are FANTASTIC and are super helpful during your trip as well. We had a fantastic time and Kirby was available for any questions during our trip. We had one small issue, but it was handled professionally and we were very pleased with all communication. My wife and I would highly recommend this RV and this family to rent from if you are planning a fun family trip or just a weekend getaway.

5This was my first time renting a RV for the weekend and it couldn’t have been a better experience. Hosts were friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. RV comfortably fit two couples and had all the amenities we needed. This RV will be my first choice when renting for our next trip.
