This 12' long independent suspension camper comes with an on-board gas water heater, sink, gas stove, gas grill, refrigerator, two level tent with a queen size bed, a 270 awning and tons of storage.What's includedWe provide a fold out table, two camp chairs, a mat to put down under the exterior kitchen area and door mats for each door. Two pillows and sheets for the queen size mattress. If you get stuck, there are two Max Trax to help get you unstuck. There are 2 wheel chocks in the exterior storage on each side of the trailer. The trailer has two water tanks with a total of 40 gallons capacity. We recommend you not filling them up until you get close to your destination to save on towing weight.RecommendationsWe will typically take this trailer to national parks where we can drive out somewhere on a forest service road and camp remotely. Uwharrie National Park, Pisgah and Smoky Mountains all have great places to get away.Other things to noteThis trailer runs on a battery management system. It is imperative that the system does not run out of battery. If you do not have an Anderson plug to run continuous charge from the tow vehicle, or shore power, you must turn the system to storage mode prior to the batteries dying.

I've enjoyed the outdoors all of my life. When I'm not working, and sometimes when I am working, I take my pop up trailer and Jeep and hit the road with my partner and dog. We work remotely when we can whether it is from the mountains or parked on the beach. I enjoy 4x4 jeep trails, kayaking, mountain biking, rock climbing, hiking, and just relaxing at the campsite in my camper.
