Can you say roomy? This one feels like an efficiency apartment inside because of the large slide out and bathroom. The full bath is equipped with a porcelain foot flush toilet. The kitchen has a stove, microwave and fridge. The dining table is free standing. The living area has a couch with a pull out bed, tv and stereo. It will sleep 4. The bedroom has an RV queen bed and has sliding doors for privacy. This camper weighs over 7k lbs. and will require an electric brake controller in the tow vehicle capable of pulling the Gcwr. We offer delivery, setup, take down and pickup for $4.50 per mile from pickup location to destination and destination to pickup location(minimum $100). If you need other delivery or pickup options, contact us to work that out. And, if you place a Walmart order at the Ashland City location ahead of time, we will pick it up and have it loaded in the camper for a $35 fee. We offer a 10% off nightly rate discount for 7 nights, 15% for 14 nights and a 20% for 30 nights.What's includedFor your use...

Fees
- Security deposit: $680.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $74.80. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. It also includes laundering all linens and towels.
