We had an awesome trip to Banff, Lake Louise and Jasper with this campervan. The size of the van is perfect for 2 person. It's easy to drive around and park. There were many buttons and switches but we sorta figured them eventually.

I had a great time in Ariell's Vanlife Millennium Falcon! This is the First time that I've ever travelled in this fashion and I had blast!! I explored Banff area, went up to Jasper and then down to Radium. I don't think I would have done this in any other way. The van was very comfortable and easy to use. I have to admit that I was intimidated at first with all the switches and stuff, but Ariell was very helpful. I definitely learned a lot about Van RV travelling and I would do it again.

Ariell’s answer

Thank you for the kind words! Glad you had an excellent time and had a memorable trip. :) All the best!

I really wish I could give a better review. There were multiple problems with the vehicle. The refrigerator was broken which happened 2 users prior to myself, yet I found out only by looking at the listing while I was at the airport on my way to Canada. Owner compensated with gas and propane fill up. Suggested I use fridge as cooler, but weather is too hot for this and had a lot of ruined food and water leaking on floor. The electric did not work when we plugged in at campground. It was supposed to automatically switch from battery to electric, but no go. I asked some other campers to check I was doing it right. Owner suggested I call a number on the keys to get assistance, but most of the time I was there I did not have enough service to make a call. Also the low brake fluid light came on while going down mountain switchbacks in Yoho. I was awakened at 2 AM by the battery panel alarm going off with an E03 error code. This took at least 10 minutes to turn off. Then it would randomly go off during the trip.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
There is some flexibility! It all depends on the preceding and succeeding bookings if it allows us enough time to prepare and clean the RV for you and the next renters.

Q.Can it really sleep 4 people?
A.
It will not sleep 4 adults, but it could sleep 2 adults and 2 small children in a tight squeeze as it has a king size bed. If you would like an RV that sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 older children, I would honestly suggest a class C RV which would have a separate bed.

Q.Are you able to go off-grid camping in the van?
A.
Yes, you are able to! The solar panel recharges the battery, and the fridge could run on propane. As long as you don't go more than 2 days without driving, you should be good!

Q.What cooking equipment and utensils is included?
A.
A set of standard pots and frying pan, as well as some bowls, plates, glasses, coffee cups, and cutlery are all included. Some dishwashing liquid and a sponge is included.
