-Remember simplicity is key in a camper! Pack lite =)Other things to note"Dilly Dally" is not pet friendly due to the extra cleaning and potential damage that can happen, however, there are exceptions we would consider on a case by case scenario. If you have a none shedding, gentle, hypo-allergenic pet we would be open to consider this exception. Please message us to work out the details!
-Smoking is not allowed in or around “Dilly Dally” with respect for all our guests. If we detect cigarette smoke, the extra cleaning will be paid for by the security deposit.
-Returning “Dilly Dally” without emptying black/grey tanks will incur $100 fee. Many camping parks have dump stations available or hookups on site, along with bathrooms/ shower houses for their guests to use. If you don’t want to deal with emptying “Dilly Dally's” tanks we recommend using the restrooms near your campsite :) However, any water use inside the camper requires dumping after or even during your trip. (Black and grey water tanks are small)
-"Dilly Dally" will have a full tank of gas when you depart on your adventure. We expect a full tank when you drop her off. If not, we will charge the cost to fill her up plus $20 convenience fee. We have several gas stations close by for you to use.
-We do expect the dishes to be done, a basic sweeping out and generally left in the condition you found it. We do a sanitizing clean before every rental and make sure she is safe and all operations are in order, but expect you to do your part by leaving her generally clean.
-The outdoor shower is more of a spray station for washing sand off feet, or equipment. It is cold water only.Thank you for leaving “Dilly Dally” in great condition for future guests to enjoy!

5I was a little skeptical at first since I’d never used Outdoorsy before, but renting Ryan and Audrey’s Winnebago Travato turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve made. The van was spotless, ran beautifully and was fully stocked with everything we needed for our trip. My boyfriend and I were comfortable the whole time. The bed was great, the space was perfect for two and it drove really smoothly as we explored New England. What really stood out, though, was the communication. Ryan and Audrey were incredibly responsive, thorough in their explanations and made me feel completely safe and confident driving a larger vehicle. They clearly put so much care into maintaining and stocking the van, but also gave us the freedom to just enjoy the experience without feeling watched over. Pick-up and return were seamless, and the whole process was stress-free. You can tell Ryan and Audrey genuinely care about their guests having the best possible trip. I honestly can’t recommend renting from them enough. 10/10 would recommend and again cannot stress how grateful I am for the great communication and being in a safe and well cared for vehicle!

2The RV had a few issues with some features not working and it not being truly off grid with the solar but the host Ryan was very honest and gracious to us so that’s fine. Our main gripe is with all the fees and charges that come from Outdoorsy. Most of all is having to pay double international transaction fees. Our Australian bank has already charged us for international transaction fees and you have also added these charges onto our bill. For this rental we had to pay you a total of $138.94 (plus what our bank charges for these extra fees!) We demand a full refund of these fees! Overall we are very disappointed with your company and feel like we have been ripped off as the rental costs in the last two years have almost doubled. Waiting for your reply, Evan Balk

5Ryan was a great host. First he saved our trip by making his RV available on very short notice after another host canceled with just 24 hours notice. He went over everything and answered all of our questions. He always responded promptly to any communications. We would rent again from him in a heartbeat!
