Rent this beautiful 5th Wheel as an extra space for your family. The whole family can sleep comfortably with a master queen in the front bedroom, full in the bedroom in the back, and a bunk room that offers even more space.
What's included
Camper comes fully furnished including all kitchen necessities (pots, pans, silverware, bowls), coffee pot (filters and k-pods), toaster ect. Clean bedding will also be provided.
Recommendations
Gatlinburg/pigeon forge is our most treasured and go to spot, but there are many campgrounds to choose from in East Tennessee. Most include full-hookups.
Other things to note
No climbing up the ladder or getting on the roof - If there is any damaged noted upon return the full security deposit will be forfeited.
Absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind inside the camper - If the camper is returned with the smell of smoke the full security deposit will be forfeited.
If the camper is returned excessively dirty your security deposit will be forfeited.
No smoking. Pets under 25 lbs allowed. $50.00 non-refundable pet fee.
No roof access. Owner reserves the right to use security deposit for any damages. Any event, field parking requires a $100.00 cleaning fee.
Septic System: All tanks must be completely emptied before camper is returned. Only RV approved toilet paper may be used in RV toilets. Anything else such as paper towels, baby wipes, etc. will clog the RV Sewage system and will result in a $250.00 added fee. This will be taken from the renter's security deposit.
