From the U-shaped dinette and sofa, to the queen-size bed in the private bedroom and double-size bunks, you will have plenty of space to sleep ten people.This camper is our home away from home and we'd love the opportunity to share it with you. All we ask in return is that you treat it as if it were your own and return it the way you received it.What's includedAs part of our prep fee we try to make sure that you'll have everything you'll need.
Such as kitchen items: Cookware, Utensils, Toaster, Keurig, plates, bowls, cups, eating and cooking utensils. Bathroom items: Toilet paper, Septic treatment, Sewer hose (stinky slinky), Freshwater hose water filters. Clean bedding, bath towels, hand towels, wash rags.
We'll include four camping chairs.
If you have pets they are more then welcome. There is a pet fee in the add on section and this must be added for each pet up to four pets.Other things to note10% Military discount available to all active duty, retired and veterans. Must show proof of status and must be a verified driver on the reservation.NO SMOKING ALLOWED.... If there is a smell of cigarette smoke within the camper your security deposit will be forfeited. (The wife absolutely will not budge on this rule)I have a weight distribution hitch that is for use. It is an extra 50.00 and is located in the add on section. The hitch will be required when renting if you are planning to pull the camper more then 30 miles. This is for the safety or your family and our camper.It is asked that the camper be returned in the same condition as it was received.
You can clean it or I can have it cleaned for an additional 100.00.Water tanks must be dumped. If you wish not to dump them I can have it done for an additional 75.00Pets are welcome so long as they are free of fleas and ticks.
