Customer service was lacking. I’m a first time renter of an RV and the last time renting from this location. My wife and I are planning to buy one and it’s not going to be from here. When I picked up the RV I was expecting that I would return the RV at the same time that I picked it up. The rental person was rude and told me, “it’s like a hotel and You check out of a hotel by 11:00am”. “It was in the rental agreement that you signed”. And because of what this she charged my credit card with another day of renting. A whopping $246.00 . I told her I had to work and couldn’t have made it to drop it off at 11:00 ore earlier. I had to miss a half a day of work to drop the RV off at 8: Customer service was lacking. I’m a first time renter of an RV and the last time renting from this location. Never again will we waste our money by renting from this location. I’m going to make sure to tell all my teacher friends that love camping to stay away from this business.

Vi and all the other staff that helped us were very kind, helpful, and accommodating. I gave a 3-star for cleanliness, b/c the customer prior to us brought the RV very late, I’m thinking the staff couldn’t clean the RV with the very short time they had. I’m sure they tried to clean the RV as much as they could before releasing it to us. Overall, the RV was cozy and enjoyable.

Danielle & Hi are always a pleasure to work with. They make you feel comfortable and very friendly. The owner of the business is very nice too. My husband and i will continue to rent RVs for every trip only from here.
