Camper sleeps 10 comfortably.
All rentals include bedding, cotton sheets, kitchen utensils, pots/pans, dishes, towels and coffee maker. Bathroom and kitchen include all natural, chemical free soaps and cleaners.
Master bedroom has a queen size bed, and kids will love sleeping on the 2 bunks in the back! Both kitchen table & sofa convert to full size beds.
TV, DVD player, bluetooth stereo, indoor/outdoor speakers.
Full bath with standup shower and tub. Outdoor shower.
Rental includes Echo bluetooth brake control for camper, if needed.
What's includedAll surfaces are cleaned and disinfected with Young Living Thieves Cleaner. Cleaner is also provided during the rental. No scented and/or chemical cleaners are allowed. All bedding, linens and towels are washed with Young Living Thieves Detergent on high heat. All cooking utensils, flatware, and eating utensils are included. Also includes towels and cleaners.Other things to noteRental must be returned in good condition with kitchen and bath surfaces wiped clean and dishes and pots and pans cleaned and put away. Or, skip any cleaning and chose the optional $75 cleaning fee and return as is. This does not allow for damage, neglect or negligence of the camper. We treat our property with respect and expect you to do the same!

This was a very nice RV for our family of 5. Jeremy was an excellent owner and provided everything we needed. He was flexible and very quick to respond when we had questions!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I work from home so I am mostly flexible for drop off and pick up times.
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Having a hardwired brake controller makes for easiest towing. It allows for the most control while driving and stopping. I have a bluetooth controller that I include if you do not have one.
Towing a camper sucks down a lot of gas, so planning ahead to find travel plazas to stop at for gas helps a lot. They are the type of gas stations that are setup for long vehicles and trailers. Something like a Loves, Flying J, Buccees, etc are great options.
Q.What is a weight distribution hitch?
A.
They are hitches that have stability bars that connect to the tongue of the trailer. They help smooth out the ride and keeps the side to side tilting to a minimum. They make a lot of popping and snapping noises, but they are supposed too and that's how you know they are working.
