Travel in style with our Isada Touring Sedan. 25 feet in length makes for easy handling but plenty of room for 2 adults. Kitchen fully stocked with all the utensils, range, convection microwave, refrigerator, shower/ bathroom with all linens, dinette converts into a single bed, and a large couch that converts to a small queen bed with an inflatable mattress. Easy open and close. One bump out that gives a ton of room to spread out inside. The Dyamax looks great and will allow you to travel in style. Cherry wood interior is warm and inviting. V10 gas engine is powerful and offer good gas milage. Surround sound stereo. Antenna TV picks up local TV stations. Extendable canopy makes for a great shaded area to sit during the day or evening. Leveling system will allow the Coach to sit level on most ground. A great size to pull into a spot on any public land and set up camp. Comes with lawn chairs, yard games, portable grill. Hot water for showers and cooking and a convection microwave and two burner range. You are not renting an RV but a fun adventure vehicle to explore the west. Our RV is impeccably maintained and will be clean, sanitized, and ready to go. It is set up so you do not have to bring anything but your clothes and personal stuff. We want you to have the ultimate fun adventure in our RV. We offer a variety of add-on packages to expand your fun. Don't just rent any old RV, rent an Isata adventure RV. This is our personal RV and we have it set up to have fun. Pick up and return is at our secure storage facility. Usage is limited to the state of Colorado and the adjacent states.

No smoking or vaping in the vehicle. A $500 fee will be charged.
The RV is pet friendly, by approval only. We require renters with pets to purchase additional Rentors Damage Protection Plan. Cost is $69 for $1500 of coverage. A $200 fee will be charged for non-approved pets.
No climbing on the roof.
Speed limits must be obeyed.
Renting for Festivals is only with approval. I have has issues with festival rentals. A $500 fee will be charged for un-approved festivals.
Gasoline-I will supply the vehicle fully gassed up. Both the engine and the generator run off the same gas tank. Please return the rig with a full gas tank. If not I will charge you for topping the vehicle off and a $25 service fee to fill it up.
Propane-I will supply the vehicle fully propaned up. Please return the rig with a full propane tank. If not I will charge you for topping the vehicle off and a $25 service fee to fill it up.
Water-I will supply the vehicle with a full water tank. Upon return do not concern yourself with refilling the water. I will take care of that.
Black and Gray tank empty-I will supply the vehicle with empty gray and black water tanks. Upon return do not concern yourself with emptying the tanks as I will take care of that. Please note that during your trip if your black or gray water tanks get full, you will need to empty them at an approved dump station. These tanks cannot be emptied outside.
Any additional fees or charges will be taken out of your security deposit with the balance of the deposit returned to you after alll fees are deducted.

Bob, was very courteous, he went over every system in his RV with me before my scheduled trip , there was no surprises on the road ,i asked him to call me when i had a question about the leveling system and he gave me a direct phone call.. For sure, I'm using his RV again
