Good afternoon y’all! My wife and I love to camp, & we want to share this outdoor pleasure with others. Why not have your next adventure in beautiful Tennessee! We are very close to wonderful campgrounds and parks. Our super comfy Tango has been very well-kept and is great for several adults or a family. It sleeps 5. If you have additional guests, we have a ground tent for additional sleeping space. The bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed that you can walk around, with a closet & drawer on either side & an overhead storage shelf. The couch in the living area & the dinette table area both break down into full-size beds. The bathroom has a shower/tub combo, providing additional room to move around & for families with children who prefer a bath. A medicine cabinet above the sink fits plenty. There are cabinets/drawers in the bathroom for toiletries. The living area has a dining area, couch, countertop with sink & 3-burner stovetop, oven, microwave, decent-size refrigerator, & lots of storage areas.The sound system can play in 3 areas including outdoors. There’s a CD & DVD player, & radio. Air conditioning/heating has vents in all 3 spaces. A power-operated awning covers most of the length of the front acting as a sunshade or during rain. There is a large assist-bar at the front door. This has been critical when we've traveled with our aging parents or our grandchildren as it provides extra support and stability getting in and out of the trailer.If you choose to have the trailer delivered to your campsite it will be set up for you with no heavy lifting, maneuvering or complications for you. I'd be happy to get you started and have it "move-in-ready" when you arrive. The Propane Grill and/or Portable Dump Tank can be included (no charge) if requested during booking. Each of these are also near additional landmarks, historic state parks, golfing, spectacular waterfalls, etc. Fall Creek Falls State Park is also a wonderful place to visit.Other things to noteNo smoking or vaping inside the trailer.Pets are welcome. We ask that you please make good decisions regarding pet activity inside the trailer. We have big dogs and understand why you choose not to leave your furry friends at home (they are family). Please do not allow big dogs on the furniture. Upholstery is expensive or sometimes unable to be repaired. Upholstery is included in insurance only if you select it specifically (interior coverage). If you do not select that level of coverage, you will be liable for any interior damages. For small pets please use sheets/spare blankets so the upholstery does not get ruined. You can come to our home to pick-up/drop-off or we can meet you at a reasonable mutual location for a fee. We also offer delivery/pick-up to your specified location if you do not wish to tow a trailer. We are very flexible with days of the week and time.
