Rules and policies
Please follow the following rules to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip:
• You are expected to return our RV in the same amazing condition you received it. This means gas tank is full of gas (unleaded 87 or higher), dump black and gray tanks, RV is clean and trash is thrown out.
• Running short on time? Don't feel like cleaning or dealing with dumping black and gray tanks? We can help!
•Cleaning fee: $250
•Dumping fee: $100
•Re-fueling: $50 fee + cost of gas to full
• Absolutely NO SMOKING in the RV. If any smoke is detected, you risk losing the entire deposit and will be charged the cleaning fee.
• Do not use the awning in wind or rain, never leave it unattended.
• Do not start driving until leveling jacks and slide are safely retracted :-)
• The height of the RV is 11.5 FT and it is 32 feet long, make sure you use RV safe routes and appropriate clearance for bridges and tunnels.
• Obey all traffic laws and drive safely and responsibly.
• Do not flush anything in the toilet that is not RV specific toilet paper which will be provided.
• Absolutely no climbing on the roof or rear exterior ladder. This is for everyone's protection and safety.
• No pets allowed.
All we ask is that you treat our RV like it is your own and take good care of it! We hope you and your family/friends will create amazing memories that last a lifetime. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there is anything we can to make your trip even better!

-Yes for a fee. $2.00 a mile. Delivery available within 80 miles of Costa Mesa.
PICK UP/DELIVERY/DROP OFF TIMES?
-Pick up time is 10 am
-Return times are flexible but no later than 3pm; you will be charged a half day fee of the daily rate after 4pm
** Prepare for a 30-45min walk through of how to manage the RV, depending on experience. We will also provide you with our super useful guidebook prior to the booking and recommend you take some time to review prior to pick-up.
