This beautiful motorhome is where Memories are made!! Pick up can be easily scheduled for your convenience in Buford or Oakwood, GA, or delivered and set up within 100 miles for a reasonable fee. This RV is Small enough to drive comfortably wherever your adventure takes you while having plenty of storage, living & bathroom space. Take it to the lake or for a cross country trip to make memories with your friends and family that will last forever! If you are booking a camp site, you can hook up to the 30amp power source and the city water connection. If you are planning on taking it to a more remote location, no problem. This motorhome is equipped with a Cummins Onan 4000 generator which fully powers the entire coach, including the overhead air-conditioner and heat & has a 40 gallon freshwater and 25 gallon black tank capacities.Furnished with toilet paper, soaps, utensils, plates, cups, fold out rocking chairs and a large zero gravity lounge chair recliner, a large 22” Blackstone tabletop grill, a 24” folding stainless steel campfire grill, two Coleman lanterns with plenty of fuel, full size coffee maker, folding patio table, fire starters, TV, DVD player, Hdmi hookup, Bluetooth audio, outside table, hammock, leveling blocks, mattress covers, games… and more…Delivery, set up, tear down and pickup available upon request. There must be 3 hours between bookings to allow for proper cleaning & prep.****Dogs welcome. Hi, I’m Nick and my family and I live in Buford, Ga about 30 minutes outside of downtown Atlanta. My wife and I are proud parents to two young boys (3&1yrsOLD), and we purchased our Thor Four Winds 23U less than a year ago with less than 15k miles on her, so that we can start traveling to remote Appalachian Mountain campsites in our free time, as well as rent it out for others to enjoy. I work in RV sales for a reputable dealership, and I service our coach meticulously. Whether you are new to camping or have plenty of experience, I will respectfully demonstrate a thorough walkthrough of the motorhome full hookups at the campsite, running the generator, etc. with my renters prior to their departure in order to provide a easy & worry free camping experience. Great experience overall. Easy to communicate with Nick and we’d rent again. Wasn’t as clean as we’d expect but otherwise no issues.

RENTERS BEWARE! This was a horrible experience from start to finish. We made plans to pick up the rental at a certain time, then it wasn’t ready at that time and Nick had to do additional work to prep the RV and refill propane. When we arrived at our destination, we tried to hook up the water and it leaked all over the wheel well and all over the interior of the kitchen sink. Nick said a pipe must have burst in the cold weather, so we had to spend our time drying out the under sink area, and then have no water at all in the RV the rest of our trip, taking cold sponge baths and buying food instead of making all the food we brought, since we didn’t have a good way to do dishes. The RV was dirty (see pictures). When we went to dump the black water tank, the hose connection was broken and it spilled black water all over the dump station, which was horrifyingly gross. Nick was very apologetic about everything at the time and asked us not to leave a bad review because he promised he wasn’t a “piece of sh*t”, and told us he would refund the trip, but once we returned the RV, he went silent and wouldn’t respond to our texts. We are now filing a dispute through Outdoorsy. Maybe it was just one bad experience, but not taking care of it afterwards is very worrying, and I would think twice before trusting any of Nick’s listings.

I appreciate your business. I am currently working on repairs to the motorhome that were damaged during the rental. Also I worked with you guys financially and did not charge for the $300 in overage fees for the 12 hours past the drop off time @ $25/hr for the negligence, nor did I charge you for the multiple items that you guys broke. I do appreciate your business, but would not rent to you guys again. Have a great day.
