- Electric remote-controlled fireplace that provides instant heat
- Kitchen sink, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, 3 burner stove, and gas oven

- The main bedroom sleeps 2 people. It includes a queen-sized bed, multiple storage cabinets above, and side cabinets with storage organizers.
- Bedding is Only provided for the bunk room beds and the main bedroom queen. If you plan to use the living room fold-down couch or the table bed, the renter must provide sheets, a comforter, and pillows.Bathrooms:

- Weighing around 9,000 pounds, this trailer must be pulled by a ¾ ton or larger truck with a trailer brake controller. A brake controller is Mandatory when pulling this trailer.
- No boondocking, tailgating, trail rides, or beach camping
- No smoking or vaping. Any evidence will forfeit your security deposit.
- No crawling on the roof unless given permission by the owner
- The cost of any damaged or missing items will be deduced from the security deposit
