2Very disappointed. We've rented from Outdoorsy several times and this was by far the worst experience. The camper was not cleaned or sanitized properly upon delivery. Spent the first couple of hours cleaning so I felt somewhat comfortable having my children sleep in it. Lots of trash and food/candy left in loft sleeping area (which Mike claims he can't fit into to clean). Bathrooms disgusting and full of gnats. Most cabinets were full and very disorganized making it difficult to use for storage of our items. Bras and clothing even left in bedroom cabinet. A/C stopped working on day 2 of our trip and finally got ahold of owner, which is actually Mike's girlfriend in order to authorize repair. Was offered 10% off future trip if I left a 5 star review.

5Our girls getaway for 5 cousins was absolutely amazing. From the inital booking to the departure, Mike was an awesome and responisve owner. For first timers, he was patient in explaining how things worked and reassured us that if we needed anything, he was only a phone call away. The RV is well equipped, comfortable and spacious. Our only regret was booking the RV for lodging during a music festival. We felt the time we spent at the festival would have been better spent at the campsite and in the RV! Lesson learned - book it so you can really enjoy it!
