XLarge Pop-up Trailer with Bathroom & Showers

Laura and her husband seemed lovely to start with, going through everything in extreme detail with us and making sure we had all the necessary information. On our first day, as we were setting up, the one mechanical arm popped out - we were lucky that no one got hurt by the piece popping out and was fortunate enough to have some practical thinkers to temporarily fix it for the weekend. This was a mechanical failure and there was nothing that we did to cause this and also nothing that we could've done to prevent it... this was caused due to a lack of maintenance upkeep from the host's side. Nonetheless, we made it work - as we had just arrived in SD from Denver (6 hour drive) and didn't want to have to drive back and ruin our weekend. We had a fantastic stay in the popup camper. The reason for the bad rating is due to the fact that the host tried to make us pay for the mechanical issue and filed a claim against us to take our security deposit and possibly more - this is outrageous and in my opinion, down right sly. We really thought that the host was lovely until their true colors showed. They knew that it wasn't our fault but still tried to make us pay! We always take responsibility for our mistakes - but this was not our doing! Thankfully Outdoorsy saw the truth and denied the claim - but it still caused unnecessary stress on us as it is a lot of money for something that was out of our control. Thank you Outdoorsy for your support and your user-friendly website - will rent through you again!

Laura and Wayne were great. They explained the nuances of the trailer and the trip went well. I would definitely rent from them again!

The camper was everything I imagine and more very spacious and easy to set up and my overall experience with the owner made me feel very comfortable and they made me feel at ease talking to them and she reassured that everything was going to be ok driving there (1st time) and with all the kids made me feel welcome also the clear instructions and walk through was very helpful

Our family had a great trip with the popup camper. Laura and Kevin are super friendly and very helpful. The camper is in good shape, very clean and spacious, and easy to tow. The beds were very comfortable. We’ll look to rent it again in the future!
