Features a home-made conversion that comes equipped for any trip - sink with a water pump (33-gallon tank of fresh water, 5-gallon tank for grey water that can easily get emptied), a kitchen space with cooking devices and equipment (fridge/freezer with 2 adjustable temperature compartments, microwave, induction stove) and a queen sized bed with plenty of storage space underneath.The van also sports several high-end components, from 800 watts of solar and an inverter capable of running a microwave or an induction cooking stove. The van (living area) is designed to run with 100% electricity (no propane, no gas generator). Only the Espar heater uses gasoline (fed directly from the van gas tank). The van is also well insulated (sprayed foam, curtains and insulated window covers) and includes one ceiling fan (other one is recently got broken and being ordered) for creating an air circulation.
From the outside, the van has a relatively stealth look (no side windows added, no hookups).

- Prep fee: CA$214.50. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Clean linens, filling up the 32 gallon water tank, filling up gas, cleaning the interior and exterior of the van, etc.

We spent a long weekend exploring Rocky Mountain National Park out of Naomi’s van. It was a great mobile base camp for our trip. Super comfortable bed, lots of storage, tons of battery and water capacity. Really great time, we’d rent this van again.

I took this van out by myself for my first ever trip to Colorado. It honestly had everything I could have needed. I've rented a few vans and this one, by far has the most convenient set up - bed and microwave being the two selling points. Naomi was super easy to communicate with and EXTREMELY accommodating to my flight schedule.
