Black and grey tanks must be emptied unless otherwise arranged. Only RV-safe toilet paper may be flushed. This is a 36-foot trailer weighing approximately 8,000 lbs and requires a properly equipped tow vehicle with trailer brake controller and 7-pin connection. The supplied weight distribution hitch and sway bars must be used while towing. Please allow extra room for turning, braking, backing up, and parking. Always level the trailer before extending the two slide-outs located on the driver side. Ensure enough clearance before extending slides or awning. Frequently asked questions

Q.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?

A.

Park and level trailer first, then chock wheels and lower stabilizers. Connect the 30A power cord to campground power for AC, outlets & battery charging. Connect fresh water hose to “City Water” hookup and turn water on slowly. Connect sewer hose securely. Keep black & grey tank valves CLOSED until dumping. Dump black tank first, then grey tank second to help rinse the hose.

Q.

Do the slide-outs need to be out while camping?

A.

Yes. The trailer should be fully leveled before extending both slide-outs. Make sure the driver side has enough clearance for both slides before extending.

Q.

What size electrical hookup does the trailer use?

A.

The trailer uses a 30-amp campground power hookup.

Q.

Will the air conditioner work without hookups?

A.

No. The AC requires campground power or a generator. It will not run on battery power alone.
