RV is well equipment with majority of camping essentials you will need along with those to help glamp things up. RV is less than 24ft long with 1-slide out (back bed) but has the same engine (Ford V10) as those 40ft RVs do you won't be under powered when traveling through the mountains or local roads and is easy to maneuver and park when pulling into rest areas, gas stations or the campground. Setup is simple and within 20 minutes can go over what you need to know.What's included• 2-TVs both with TIVO sticks

RV is also not allowed off road.Toilet may be used as needed, nothing down though except normal waste and Toilet paper provided. Items found that clog pipes will be charged $250 fee to unclog/ repair.Climbing on the roof strictly prohibited.RV fuel tank will be verified upon departure, bring back at same level or incure $175 refuel charge (taken from deposit).Fresh water will be filled and grey/black tanks empty. Grey/black tanks required empty upon return or incure $150 dump charge (taken from security deposit).NO smoking in RV, I am a non-smoker and will know if you do so please do not try out the windows or turn on the bathroom exhaust fan thinking it will suck out the smell. $250 deducted from Security deposit if smoking is detected.If you break something, let me know at the time the incident occurs so we can work through the problem.
