After picking up the trailer we discovered it had not been cleaned or prepped at all. There was grime and mold in the fridge, freezer, and Keurig. Food debris all over the stove and dirty pans in the oven. The pantry was packed with half used food, and no surface looked like it had been wiped down or disinfected. We had to spend over two hours cleaning the trailer. But if that wasn’t bad enough, the propane tanks were empty and the WASTE TANKS WERE NOT EMPTY. We literally had to start off our vacation dumping someone else’s sewage!!!!!
We messaged the owners, but they just acted like since they had agreed to a early pick up and late drop off, it was a fair trade. Also, not only did they not give us any discount, but they refused to drop the $150 prep fee, so not only did we have to remove the previous renters’ feces, but we had to pay the owners for it!
We understand the owners have personal issues they are dealing with, but they shouldn’t be renting if they aren’t equipped to manage it correctly.

The Camper was very comfortable and was well stocked with supplies. The owner was especially good with communication also understanding on certain situations.
