Travel trailer, fish house, and toy hauler all in one!Lightly used very clean RV package, toy hauler, single axle fish house that is great for a variety of adventures.4200 lb dry weight, with 1700 lb cargo capacity makes this very easy to tow while hauling your atv, golf cart, motorcycle, dirt bike(s), small utv, kayaks, mountain bikes, etc.Furnace, A/C, radio, power awning, refrigerator, toilet, sink, microwave, stove, oven, TV.Dinette in the rear turns into an extra long queen size bed, single bunk above rear dinette, and fold out sofa sleeper.Fresh, grey, and black water tanks. With the available generator make this great for off grid camping.
What's includedFresh linens. Basic cooking utensils, disposable dining ware, and at-least one roll of toilet paper included. Other things to note- Music festivals and tailgating allowed but any damage or excessive cleaning will result in repair/cleaning fees. Be respectful.-pets allowed with $40 fee-generator available for $20 a day- No smoking - Smoking with result in a $300 fee that will be kept from the damage deposit.- Your vehicle must be equipped with a 2-inch receiver and a 7-pin (round) plug, brake controller highly recommended- Available to rent out in the fall and winter but I cannot guarantee on board water amenities during these seasons. (If the weather starts to get cold I will have to winterize the tanks)- Holding tanks must be dumped before returning the unit, failure to do so will result in a $50 dumping fee.- The unit must be cleaned inside and out to the same level of cleanliness as it was when picked up (we will disinfect the unit between rentals).
