Queen size bed with gel topper in the master suite lets you relax in comfort inside, even in the most remote places outside. There is also a tri-fold couch in the living room with a comfortable air mattress ready to be plugged in and auto-filled for quick and easy setup. The double refrigerator makes for plenty of cold storage for all the groceries you will need, a gas range for cooking, an oven, and a dual kitchen sink with spray wand makes clean up easy. The wide neo-angle shower in the bathroom with adjustable height showerhead lets you shower in comfort.The dual air conditioners cool the living room and bedroom separately, so all the rooms can always be just the temperature you like. And in case of a chilly night, the fireplace in the living room can be turned on for just visual display or as a heater. Dual 30 lb propane tanks can keep you operating as long as 2-3 weeks, depending on usage.You can rent the 5th wheel and tow it yourself to your favorite camping spot, or we can deliver it and set it up for you, your choice.We are pet friendly! (Must be potty trained please). There are dog bowls, a tie out stake and cable, and even a comfy bed for your best friend. (chew toys and dog treats included!)What's includedIt is fully loaded with everything you will need to enjoy your time. The 40 inch smart tv in the living room lets you cast anything you have saved from your phone, or, login to your netflix, discovery plus, or other streaming service. There is even an extra TV in the bedroom.Kitchen comes with pots, pans, plates, silverware, cups, bowls, dishrack and cooking utensils.Bedroom is supplied with two sets of linens for the queen bed and two sets of linens for the pull-out. Extra pillows and blankets are in the wardrobe. There are plenty of bath towels AND beach towels for days at the lake, and plenty of storage to bring all the comforts of home with you.For outside enjoyment there is a bumper Q grill, four camp chairs, 4 fishing poles (don't forget your license!), and other various outdoor toys. We have paddleboards, kayaks and lifejackets available for use if requested.Comes with extra hose and electric cord for those hard to reach spots. Leveling blocks included, as well as wheel chocks. RecommendationsThere are several lakes in the Northern Colorado area to visit - Carter Lake, Flatiron Reservoir, Horsetooth Reservoir, Jackson Lake State Park, and St. Vrain State Park, just to name a few. Or, take a drive up the Poudre for one of the first come-first served spots, or up to Ranger Lakes.
