On time at pickup and dropoff, which we really appreciated — no waiting around, just a smooth handoff and we were on our way. The RV itself was clean, well-maintained, and drove exactly as described. Everything was in great working order. It was a seamless, stress-free experience and we'll go back to him for future road trips.

• Must be 25 or older to rent
• Music festivals and events: I’m open to rentals for festivals and special events, but please reach out first to confirm. Approval will be on a case-by-case basis. Renters are fully responsible for any damages that may occur, and I reserve the right to decline if I don’t feel comfortable with the location or circumstances.
• $125 fee if black and grey tanks are not dumped before returning RV
• $50 Fee if LP gas is not filled
• Gas must be refilled to same level as departure. $25/fee plus $5/gallon if not full
• Pets okay but additional $50 cleaning fee does apply
• Absolutely no smoking in RV. $500 fee applies
• We will wash the outside of the RV and sanitize but renter is responsible for cleaning any used dishes and having RV interior clean on drop off. Excess cleaning fees may apply.
• No pets on furniture. Claw marks or pet mess will be chargeable.
• For safe driving Class C RV's should be kept at 65mph or below.
• Must let us know destination. Vehicle is equipped with GPS tracking and if found going to an event not approved deposit will be forfeited.
• SRA will be reviewed and signed off by both parties prior to handing over keys.
