Comfortably sleeps 5 to 6 adults, Rear queen size bed, overhead bunk for two, and dinette converts into a bed (bed sheets are included) just bring your pillows and sleeping bags. Includes inside and outside showers, bathroom, built in generator, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, dinette, a/c, heater, gas furnaces, propane tanks, water heater, tons of storage.
DUE TO COVID 19 NO CUTLERY OR PLATES WILL BE PROVIDED. MUST BRING YOUR OWN. MUST BRING OWN PILLOWS AND BLANKETS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
LINENS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR QUEEN BED.
All you have to do is drive it and park it.

Awning usage is NOT ALLOWED.
Generator can be used up to 3 hours per day after that there will be a $5.00 per hour charge. Unlimited KM.
The Motorhome will go out with a full tank of gas and propane, and should come back with full tanks as well. Septic tank needs to be clean and empty upon returning.
**Fuel refill 175$ fee if not full.**
**Propane refill 75$ fee if not full.**
**Septic tank dump 125$ fee if not emptied.**
**50$ Late fee for each hour you are late IF not discussed**
Pick up time is after 4 p.m. (or earlier depending if there was a previous rental) and returning is 1 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. and 5:30 p.m. on Sunday - Thursdays . – if you need more time, let me know please and we can discuss.

Recommendations
This is a great RV. We drove it all the way to Niagra Falls, Yellowstone Park, Las Vegas, all through the Rockies, most of the camping 🏕 spots in Alberta.
Great family RV.
We are renting the RV for this year as we are unable to travel much due to work. Lots of memories to be made!
