This trailer is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable and at ease while enjoying your well deserved holiday.

Air conditioning, propane furnace, dual electric/propane hot water heater, full bathroom, full kitchen with 3 burner stove/oven, dual powered electric/propane fridge, microwave, CD am/fm stereo with AUX input, plus a huge awning with LED lighting. A large slide out really opens everything up and can also be used for extra sleeping space. Both the jack knife sofa and dining room table turn into beds.

What’s included?

Quality camping chairs, Bocce Ball set, various board games, dishes, pots and pans, RV toilet paper (required to use for indoor toilet), Keurig coffee maker, toaster, 43" 4k ROKU SmartTV, nice large outdoor RV mat to place under the awning, a medium size cooler, 20ft RhinoFlex sewer hose kit.

Recommendations

Excellent travel trailer for sites with power, water, and sewer or sites with just power, and water. It's a big enough trailer to have plenty of space for the whole family but not too big as to be difficult to park or tow. You shouldn't have any problem setting up camp pretty much anywhere. Just make sure your site can handle a 30ft+ trailer.

Feel secure knowing that you have someone you can call or text anytime if you have any problems operating this travel trailer.

Cleaning fee of CA $75 - If you return the trailer clean, the fee will be waived.

Empty Grey water / Septic Tank CA $75 - Fee can be avoided by emptying the grey water and septic tanks yourself.

Propane(Mostly used during cold nights in the early and late camping season)

$15 charge for 1/2 tank used or less

$30 charge for full tank used or less

The GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) of the trailer is 7000 lbs. Make sure your tow vehicle can tow AT LEAST this amount and has a trailer brake controller.
