RV was clearly not dumped and cleaned before our rental. But I think they may be better after our experience.

Ron's response to Glen

Glen we are sorry you did not enjoy your first attempt at RV camping and I realize it is not a endeavor enjoyed by all. That said I am perplexed by your review. When I checked with you mid week you responded "having a great time, everything is working great" The RV had just returned from a complete service at Camping world as well as it was wiped down, swept and mopped prior to your pick up. You and I spent 45 minutes walking around the unit. At no point in our walk through did you make any point about the cleanliness of the unit. Tanks were verified to be at the lowest levels with lights in the unit. Of note is no tank will be completely empty. I am sorry that you did not fully understand issues that can and do occur when dumping waste, yes it can be a dirty situation which is why I provide rubber gloves with the kit. So why the comments in review? I am not really sure.
