Beautifully laid out and equipped to sleep up to 10 (or 6 large adults), this travel trailer has all of the amenities that you'll need to enjoy the RV park, campground, or more austere location with ease. With all of the options available from Forest River, this new trailer will literally make you not want to head home.What's includedAll hoses and fittings, power hookups, weight distribution hitch with sway control, toilet treatments. RecommendationsThis rig is good to take anywhere. I've had it out at the coast, the desert, and in 19* snow. It truly feels like a cozy home with all of the included amenities.Other things to notePlease note: The trailer is no longer available for rental or return on Mondays. Rental periods can overlap through a Monday but cannot begin or end on a Monday.Verified renters must be present at the handoff at the campsite at the times indicated on the reservation. Any special arrangements for times other than those will need to be made prior to delivery and verified renters must be present at new agreed-upon times. Any delay of renter being on site after 30 minutes will result in a charge of $60. Beyond 90 minutes without verified renter being on site will result in reservation cancellation and trailer being removed from campsite.Upon booking or when considering booking please message me the year, make and model of the vehicle you will be using to tow the trailer, unless opting for delivery. Pets are welcome to join you but please make sure you are returning the travel trailer in the same condition you picked it up. A basic cleaning is covered by the prep fee but anything requiring more extensive cleaning will be assessed a greater fee.A mandatory fee of $50 will be assessed if you are opting for delivery which will cover setting up the trailer for you as well as breaking it down. This includes leveling, hooking up sewer, water, electrical, and generator (if applicable).

We were having a celebration of life for my wife’s Uncle up in Northern California and the trailer rental was marvelous. James and his wife delivered and picked up the trailer on time, explained everything and were very accommodating. I will use them again if it is available in the future!!

As my first time renting from outdoorsy James made the whole experience easier than I had thought it would be. From the delivery, to set up, to pick up James was very welcoming and informative before, during and after. Our camp site was not leveled the best but that didn’t stop James from finding all the right solutions to level the trailer and placed it in the right spot with the best views. The trailer itself was in great condition, super clean and felt like a brand new trailer. I love a clean space and that is exactly what we got! I loved the whole set up! The beds were comfortable, so much storage and the bathroom shower felt like I was showering at home and having that toilet at our fingertips was a plus! The outdoor shower was great to wash off after a long day swimming in the lake and being in the boat. Cooking was a breeze in the kitchen which as a family that loves to cook and eat was awesome! The trailers monitoring system was very easy to ready and use. We rented a generator from James as well due to our area not having all hook ups and that was the best thing we could have done to have air conditioning during the hot parts of the day. I couldn’t have ask for a better experience. I would definitely recommend James services to my family and friends as well use again for a future rental.

great experience with James. trailer was clean and properly maintained. we had an issue with the a/c and James did respond back with fixes... turned out to be our camp site hook up. would rent from James again and recommend as well
