2021 Coachmen Leprechaun

Leading up to the trip everything seemed good. I asked Angel if I was able to do a walkthrough of the RV before my trip and if I would be able to do a early pickup and late drop off. He agreed to all and made it seem that the early pickup and late drop off would be included. I understand that wear and tear on an RV can occur from renting it out to so many people, but when renting an RV becomes an inconvenience and things you expect to work correctly doesn't then you should not rent it out until those things are fixed. First off, the sewage tubes that were provided we either broken or leaking. The shower door didn't close so we couldn't even take a shower in the RV unless someone else was holding the door close. There was also a leaking pipe underneath the bathroom so when you used the bathroom faucet or toilet it would leak under the RV. We realized this the next day once we used the bathroom and it smelled like urine outside the RV and tested operation of the bathroom sink and toilet. The heater in the RV didn't work as well, we followed the instructions that was provided to us and it never worked, which led to us freezing at night. Luckily there were space heaters that they had in the storage area. Then the refrigerator kept beeping all night due to an error that we couldn't seem to fix, we would have to turn off the refrigerator at night just so the beeping would stop while we were sleeping. I requested some sort of refund from the Angel and he ignored my request. I was then contact by Adriana, who I'm not sure who that was and she kept mentioning that they would provide me early pickup, late drop off, and dumping fee free of charge. Well first there was nothing to dump since we couldn't use the bathroom or shower, second Angel never told me that he was going to charge me for early pickup and late drop off and made it seem that it was included in my rental. The whole experience alone with not being able to use the basic amenities of using the toilet and shower, heater, and refrigerator which is the whole reason to rent an RV to have these amenities. I would recommend NOT renting from Angel because if things go wrong they will find excuses not to work things out. I'm just asking for a partial refund not even a full refund and I can't even get that.

Angel was great to work with. He made the trip easy for pick up and delivery of the RV. The RV has a few miles - but it performed well and ran great. It has more power than other RVs. We put down a bunch of miles and had a great trip.

Angel was friendly and the communication was timely. But the RV was in terrible shape. The shower door was broken. The RV was filthy upon arrival. There was feces/poop on the bathroom floor, the sinks, shower and floor were filthy. The sewage connection leaked. The city water and fresh water intake both leaked while filling up.

Had a great time with the rv, easy pick up and drop off, good communication, would definitely recommend
