*Amazing family memories are include with every rental!RecommendationsPlease ensure your towing vehicle is capable and legal for towing prior to pickup. Full size pick up trucks are recommended. Towing vehicle must have a trailer brake controller installed, purchased or rented at the time of pickup. We recommend our renters obtain additional insurance through their insurance provider.We recommend locating camp sites with water/sewer hook ups or dump stations for ease of use. Fees will be charged for units returned with full waste tanks. Other things to note**$500 damage deposit is due prior to pickup and may be refunded after return inspection.**$100 pet deposit is due at pickup and may be refunded after return inspection.**No smoking in unit. If evidence of smoking or smoke smell is found upon return, damage deposit will not be refunded.**Black/grey/fresh water reservoirs must be rinsed and empty prior to return of unit. If the unit is returned with reservoirs full or partially full, damage deposit will not be refunded.

5Ej gave us a really nice welcome & thorough check in that made our set up & take down so flawless. His trailer really does have everything you would need, packing less was really convenient! This was the perfect layout & size for our family. We had a really great experience & highly refer this Host & his travel trailer!
