4.0The host is very responsive and checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed. The RV has definitely been used, and it shows but the appliances appeared to work and the truck itself presented no major issues. There were a couple of hiccups we experienced when we picked up the vehicle, which is why I am not giving the rental experience 5 stars. First, the pickup address that was provided on outdoorsy was 15 minutes away from the actual pickup address, which we did not find out until we were at the wrong address. Second, there was an awful sewage smell from the shower drain that permeated the RV when we started driving it. Turns out that we needed to flush out the p traps and pick up some scent pods from Walmart to clear the smell. We decided not to use the bathroom at all, but the instructions Kyle provided ended up working on the smell. Overall, I think it was a good experience and I would consider renting from Kyle again.

5.0We had an AMAZING weekend! Five adults slept comfortably. Super clean, stocked with all of the comforts of home, and surprisingly easy to drive. Kyle was so accommodating, it made the experience a breeze! As a first time RV traveler, I can’t say enough positive things about the experience.
