Comes with a very high quality queen bed in the master bedroom, 2 fold out couches that turn into good size beds, and 2 nice and comfortable bunk beds. Has a nice bathroom with shower/tub, toliet, sink, etc. Comes with lots of room for storage for everything you need for trip. We also provide kitchen/cooking utensils. Any questions?
