- Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as you cancel more than 14 days before departure.

If cancelled more than 5 days prior to departure:
- Insurance is refunded
- 100% of the booking total is refunded
- The service fee is not refunded

Not comfortable or just don’t want to handle dumping the grey/black waste tanks? We will take care of it for you! If you do not dump this will be charged to you regardless if not prearranged.
We welcome your pet! However, there will be an additional cleaning fee assesed of $75. Please add when booking.
