+ Set up at your campground of choice. The first 20 miles are free, then $2 per mile up to 60 miles total. Contact me if you want to rent the MH at a campground more than 60 miles away from zip code 80911 , Colorado Springs. We will attempt to accommodate you. There will be a separate delivery charge.
+The campground must have an electric hookup, 30 or 50 amp (preferred) Water and sewer hookups are preferred but not all state parks offer full hookups. Boondocking is not available, at this time.
*** MH is 36 feet long. Keep that in mind when booking a campsite. You want the site to be as level as possible. Utility boxes must be on the driver's side.
+ You must email the campsite reservation after booking the MH.The renter is responsible for any damages that occur during the rental period. RV owners document the condition of the unit with photos and videos and the renter must agree to be responsible for any and all repairs for damages caused to this unit.
