My family and I were excited about renting this ‘luxury’ RV as it was a 2021 and roomy enough for the 4 adults and two children. However, our excitement clearly diminished the moment my grandson walked in and said THIS SMELLS OF CIGARETTES, confirming what my son-in-law and I were noticing after picking it up. The listing clearly reads non-smoking; however, there was a stale, latent cigarette smoke smell that permeated the entire inside. We are a non-smoking family and sensitive to the smell. We used several different odor removals without success, so we removed all the bedding, pillows and blankets and brought in our own. This helped a little, but the RV stilled smelled. It was such that the ‘clean’ clothes we brought back had to be washed because they picked up the cigarette smell while in the drawers/closet. There was a $50 prep fee included but we had to clean the RV anyway. The refrigerator, bathroom & shower was dirty, and the carpet was full of hairs. While on the road to NC, the AC blower on the dashboard stopped working. This made driving EXTREMELY uncomfortable and hot me and the passenger. We had to set up a fan inside the kitchen area (we were running the generator for AC in the back) to push some of the AC forward. When asked, the owner explained that he forgot to mention a problem with the blower fuse and didn’t not keep any fuses handy (plus they could only be bought from Ford). The 4-hour return trip was without AC in the front cab in 94-degree, humid weather. Once at the campground, we had several more issues with the RV: 1) the auto level jacks continuously errored out and not level, 2) there was constant water seepage into the bathroom and main bedroom area, no idea where the water was coming from – we had to maintain towels on the floor the entire trip, 3) the master bedroom curtain/door is missing ceiling connections and useless, 4) the bathroom toilet value would not shut off requiring daily trips to dump black water less it overflow (we ended up have to shut off the main water input and turning it on when needed), 5) the bathroom door is peeling on the edges, 6) the refrigerator latch to secure the door while driving does not adequately keep the doors shut; it allows the doors to partially open allowing small items to fall through and requiring someone to get up to close, 7) the privacy curtain for the front windowshield did not have all the clips with nowhere to hang on both ends, 8) the screen door is missing the cover to prevent bugs from coming in when the door is left open, 9) the water filter popped off within the first couple hours of connecting to the water line (no water filter while camping) and, 10) no adapter provided to add water to the fresh water tank. We did have the mishap where a sudden windstorm broke the main awning and it had to be removed. Roadside assistance was very helpful and took care of the emergency and your RV will get a new awning. Accidents happen, thank goodness for insurance. Although this may be a relatively new RV and has great potential, it has too many issues and should not have been rented. I would not recommend renting this RV.

This was my first rental in outdoorsy and I'd say Andrew set the bar high. His RV is in good condition and his communication was top notch. I'd strongly recommend booking with him.
Andrew did a great job the day of the pickup explaining all of the RV features and how to use them. During our trip he messaged me to see how things were going and if I had any questions or were experiencing any troubles. Overall trip was great. Having the ability to play movies for my grandkids was awesome. They were also able to take naps which made it great for everyone. When they woke up someone made sandwich’s, chips and drinks. Was great to not have to stop every time someone was hungry or had to use the bathroom. Over trip was great success. Had no issues with the RV. Would rent from Andrew again.
Had a wonderful time, the RV used was outstanding.
We spent a few days camping and enjoyed the RV tremendously!
Highly recommend renting from Andrew. Quickly to respond, very helpful to a first timer, the RV was easy to navigate with all the items needed for a family Christmas getaway in the Smokey Mountains. We feel confident we will be renting again from Andrew in the future.
