Come out and enjoy our little home away from home. We are a DOG friendly, (no cars due to allergies) 2022 Prime Time Avenger 16RD. This smaller camper can sleep up to 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.We have a large full size bed with memory foam mattress. For privacy a black out curtain is provided. The dinette converts into a large single bed that two children or one adult can sleep on as well. 2in memory foam mattress pad is provided for more comfort.You book the site, we’ll bring the fun and will set your site up for you. Everything will be handled on our end. Water, sewer and electric capable. Enjoy your own oasis in the woods.We provide everything you need as far as pillows, blanket, linens and bath towels.All of your cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates, cups, bowls including a Keurig coffee maker are all provided. Electric heater, 1 roll of paper towels, toilet paper are all provided. All you just need to bring the food and your spices.One full 20lb propane tank, 4 camping chairs, outdoor rug, awning with sun shade and portable side table. You can rent a fire pit and up to 2 kayaks as well.You will be given a full 20lb propane tank, two camping chairs, an outdoor mat to keep the dirt out. The awning comes with a sun shade as well.You can’t beat this little home away from home. We also rent Kayaks (up to 2) which can be rented for $150 for the length . If your camp site doesn’t have a fire pit, we have one available to rent as well for $25.00 for the length of your trip.We do not allow our trailer to be towed. We will deliver and set up. Fees
- Security deposit: $685.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $68.50. All sheets, utensils, cooking items, toilet paper, sheets, towels, etc. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior and after each rental.

Great hosts. Delivered the trailer, setup everything and broke it all down at the end
of thd trip. Fridge was huge. Bed was very comfortable. All the basics needs were covered (pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils towels, linens chairs)
