2019 Winnebago Outlook
This is a 2019 Class C motor home! It has all the conveniences of home in a small package at only 28’. It is easy to drive and park, and it has better than normal gas mileage for a Class C.On the inside is an over the cab loft with a TV that pulls out so everyone in the coach can see it. There is a Jack-knife couch which makes into a bed. The dinette also folds down into a bed. There are two large sight-seeing windows.Across from the dinette is the kitchen. Above the sink are cabinets with plates, cups, and other cooking needs. There is a three-burner stove that is easy to use. Above this area is a microwave. Under the stovetop, is storage with pots and pans, an air fryer, an ice tea maker, and a Kuerig coffee maker. There is a drawer for food storage. Under the sink are cleaning supplies and three drawers with flatware, utensils, and cooking supplies. There is a very large refrigerator and separate freezer. All you need is food!Next to that is a wardrobe with hanging space and two large drawers. The bathroom is a good size and has a full-size shower and lots of storage space.Right next to the bathroom is the queen size bed. It has storage above the head of the bed and a place to hang and plug in a smaller TV at the foot of the bed.Outside, there is a large electric awning that opens up for shade. In the large outside storage area is a rug to put out and chairs to make a relaxing space to sit.The cab area is spacious and the rear camera on the back will stay on while you are driving so you can see what is behind you while you’re driving. This RV has it all! And, if needed, I do provide an outdoor space at my residence inside a gated yard where you can park your vehicle for the time you are in the RV. It is not covered, but it is safe. This is at no extra cost.Between rentals, the RV is thoroughly cleaned. All linens are washed and replaced, paper products are replenished, and maintenance is done.

When I retired, I had everything set. That lasted about a month, then it all changed. My insurances went up, my health insurance tripled with no notice, other expenses popped up that I did not expect. If it hadn't been for Outdoorsy, I would have had a short-lived retirement and I would've had to go back to work. But the extra income I make with Outdoorsy keeps me in retirement.
It was a little scary renting my RV to strangers, but everyone has treated my RV as if it were their own and I no longer worry, as much. I no longer consider any of them strangers, I have made some good friends from my renters. It is a win-win situation for me.
My RV is stocked with everything you need except for food and personal items. But I have plates, pots and pans, a toaster, air fryer, and just about anything else you need. The cleaning is done between renters and includes the entire RV on the inside, and a washing of the outside. It will be ready to go when you come to pick up. I also have a parking spot if you need to leave your vehicle while you are gone.
Also, I will have a manual written up by me explaining in easy-to-understand form on how to use the RV. I try to email this to you prior to your trip so you have time to read it. My final thought is Thank YOU Outdoorsy!!

It was our first time using an RV, and we are so happy this was our first experience. Even though I reached out to Cathy on very short notice, she had the RV up and ready to go in no time. She was wonderful to work with and made the rental process a breeze, and the camper was clean and well maintained. The camper was the perfect size for our family, and was easy to drive - easier than the livestock trailers I'm used to, which was a welcome surprise. The RV and entire experience was better than we could have imagined, and was a wonderful home away from home during our trip.

We had systems problems with the RV starting early in the trip. They were severe enough that we only used it to camp one night and ended our trip early. A disappointment.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I am flexible on the times for pick-up and return for the RV. My main rule of thumb is that all pick-ups be made NO EARLIER than 8 AM unless special arrangements are made. Returns must be made by 8 PM on the day of return, or there may be a late fee. If there is another renter needing the RV, you may be asked to have it back by a certain time.
