(ARV Rentals has the right to refuse awning usage to anyone for any reason) - NO OFF ROAD USE - IF THE A/C IS ON, DO NOT LEAVE THE DOOR OR WINDOWS OPEN. (condensation will build and freeze up the a/c unit) - ABSOLUTELY NO HOUSE HOLD TOILET PAPER OR FEMININE PRODUCTS DOWN THE TOILET. ($250 Tank Cleaning Fee WILL APPLY) - IN THE EVENT OF PROPANE NEEDING REFILLED, PLEASE DO NOT EXHANGE OEM PROPANE CYLINDERS. ONLY REFILL!! FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN SECURITY DEPOSIT HOLD FOR THE COST OF A NEW CYLINDER.
