• NO SMOKING ($1000 fee will be incurred for smoking of any kind) • POWER AWNING must be taken in when going into the RV for longer than a few minutes, when leaving the campsite, when it's windy, raining, or snowing. Power awning is for shade purposes. • CLEANING please leave the RV how you found it. Remove all garbage, food, and belongings. • BAD/STRONG SMELLS if the RV comes back smelling like anything an additional $350 will be deducted from your deposit for professional cleaning. This includes (but is not limited to) FRYING...no frying or cooking of strong-smelling food in the RV. No extremely strong-smelling perfume or cologne, etc. • BLACK AND GRAY TANKS must be emptied before dropping off with VALVES OPEN. If this is not done an additional fee will be incurred. • COOLING/HEATING must be cycled down completely PRIOR TO PULLING POWER. This means from generator or outside electric. • TOILET only RV toilet paper and what leaves your body should be flushed. Additional fee will be incurred if we have to fish it. • ELECTRIC HOOK UP always use surge protector that's provided • WATER HOOK UP always use pressure regulator that's provided. • RETURN please be mindful of being timely when returning the RV. I want to make sure everything is very clean and prepped for the next camper and that takes some time. • READ please read through the binder in the RV upon entering. It has helpful information in there for you and will save a lot of hassle.
