The host was very accommodating and flexible on time of pick up and drop off, did a good job explaining the features and "how to". The unit was clean and ready to go. As other reviews stated the unit does not have cooking utensils or bedding, but as long as you know that upfront it is no big deal to bring your own. Everything worked as it should. The camper has a slide out for the dining room and a large awning, both are electric and are deployed by a push of a button.

Listing said “everything you need to go camping” and “generator provided”. Apparently, “everything” doesn’t include a wastebasket, trash bag, dishes, flatware, or cookware. (All were included in our previous Outdoorsy rental.) The generator would only be “provided” for an additional fee.

Pretty decent trailer. Very tight quarters, but that should be expected for this small RV. Owner is nice and helped hookup the trailer. We used this trailer with a generator and potable water (no hookups).
Cons:
- The shower water didn’t have enough to pressure to use it. We had to use the bath below (really tiny). We just sat in it & used good old fashioned bucket showers.
- the wood paneling inside is really brittle, be careful! We’ll have to pay because the bench area panel screws ripped out when we were driving, pot hole maybe?
- the A/C didn’t get cold (this could be because the generator we were given wasn’t strong enough?). We actually ended up just sleeping outside.
- The retractable awning literally feel off the back side (it was missing it’s screws). It was super difficult to get back on but we were able to.
- This listing said it came with a generator, but when we picked up we had to rent it from the owner for $50.
- the dump tube is in the rear bumper!
