2022 Forest River Sierra
By far our favorite recreational vehicle! We love that it has TWO bathrooms, and TWO Queen beds both on the opposite ends!
Sierra is a 3440-BH, with a ceiling fan, two A/C's, residential refrigerator, lots of room for storage, deep farm sink in a kitchen island, large TV with indoor/outdoor speakers.
Enjoy the spacious hot/cold shower in the master bathroom. Large loft bed in the rear, with its own cabinet storage. Beautiful farmhouse design throughout, and spacious outdoor storage.
Lots of storage. under both queen beds.
The sofa folds out into a full size bed, and the dinette converts to another full size bed.
When I deliver and set up Sierra, I add stabilizers to the large living room slide-out and the front hitch, to ensure minimal movement, important especially when trying to get a long nights sleep.
There are two emergency exits, one in the living room, and another in the rear of the unit.
Upgraded ventilation to the MaxAir2 with remote.
Queen bed in master has an upgraded mattress and topper. Very comfortable sleep at night. All the beds are protected with mattress protectors.
Living room has an electric fireplace, with different color and heat modes to set the right mood and warmth. If the fireplace is not warm enough there you can use the ducted furnace to stay warm on cold nights.
There is a secondary fridge outside, perfect for cold drinks and easy access while enjoying the outdoors.
We deliver and pick up. We try to make Sierra completely ready to camp, so you would just need your personal items, linens, towels, pillows and food. We leave the linens as a choice, some renters love to bring their own or want us to provide. Providing linens and or towels is an additional fee.

*When making reservations for campsite, make sure to tell the campground it is a 40foot Fifth Wheel with slideouts on both sides, you will want full hookups with 50 amp power, advise them that the Fifth Wheel will be delivered and pickup according to the campground check in and check out times.
*Sierra is only available for delivery and pick up.
*Please remember no pets, no smoking, and do not climb onto the roof.
*If Sierra is returned messy, there will be a messy fee of $150.00. Easy to avoid, take out the trash, sweep/vacuum the floors, clean stove, clean out the fridge, put dirty towels in shower for pick up, remove bedding sheets balled up on the beds and clean dishes.
*Verified Drivers - even though you will not be driving this unit, all renters must complete the driver verification for stationary insurance to be active. Verified drivers must be staying with the unit.

What an outstanding experience. Charles delivered and set up the unit just as he said. he checked 2-3 times during the rental period to ensure all was well. He picked up the unit on the day and time we had arranged. The unit was immaculate. We used it for extra sleeping space for thanksgiving weekend at our family farm in northwest florida. I'm planning to rent it again and again and again and again

When you rent this pristine RV, it's like you are part of Charles family! The cleaning crew "his daughters" got a 10! As brand new RVrs having a clean RV and extra instruction was important. Charles was very patient and thorough with us! Would definitely rent again!

We’ve rented RVs for quite some time and this was, by far, the most phenomenal experience we’ve had. Charles went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. I left my purse in one of the cabinets and he went out of his way to return it to me as soon as I let him know. The RV was very clean, cozy, comfortable, and they provided thoughtful items for our stay. This will always be our first choice when renting!

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

This RV is only available for Delivery and Pickup by the owner. Typically the dates and times for delivery and pickup are pre arranged with booking.
Q.How far will you deliver the RV?
A.
We will consider distances greater than 100 miles for delivery on a case by case basis. We understand everyones scenario is not the same.
Q.What type of Outdoorsy Insurance should I select?
A.
Since this is for delivery and pick up by owner, you will save money by selected the stationary insurance.
Q.How much time will it take for setup at delivery?
A.
It will take anywhere between 30-60 minutes to set up the RV and provide training on how to use different features of the RV. We also need to complete the rental agreement before delivery will be complete.
