After the first time we rented Emily's Raptor, we started booking it regularly for our events. It has been great for the 3 events we've done so far, and we have it booked ahead for two more this summer. The living area is in excellent shape. It always comes clean and fully equipped. The garage is nice, with two double-sized bunks on an electric lift, and plenty of storage space for items we want to keep out of the way. Heating and cooling work great, and are effective all the way out to the garage if you sleep there. The water tanks are sizeable and we've never come close to using their full capacity for 4-day stays. The Cunninghams are fantastic owners, super-friendly and extremely helpful.
