I have 3 campers listed on this siteThis camper is a 2018 camper. It is 31 ft and comfortably sleeps 6 but can sleep as much as 10. There is a separate back room with bunks. It is very clean and well taken care of. Power awning and built in speakers.I use a service for delivery and they can provide a quote, contact me for details (actual costs ) for delivery before booking. the service also has generators available for rent. The site has been telling renters that thier location is outside of the delivery range. please message me if this happens and I can create a quote for you that includes delivery.As with all campers today it requires a 30Amp connection in order to run the AC. If a lower amperage connection is used it will trip the breaker and also damage the AC unit. Most campsites will provide 30 and or 50 amp connections for all thier powered sites.Linnens, plates, utensils, and disposable items are not stocked in the camperFeel free to contact me if you have any questionsOther things to noteThe camper does not come with linnens and bedding so you'll want to plan to bring some with you.
