Spacious motorhome with sleeping accommodations for up to 6 makes for a perfect family getaway with room to spare. Featuring 3 slides outs, you will have extra room to move about in the coach.
Master bedroom has a queen bed with a private bath and a big shower. In the middle section, you have a half bath and 2 twin size bunk beds. This is a perfect hideaway for children or even adults under 150 lbs. To sleep the rest of your crew, the dinette opens to a twin size bed, the sofa opens with a queen size auto-inflating air bed, and there is even another twin size loft bed over the drivers area.
In the kitchen, the coach has a 4 door refrigerator with an ice maker. There is a combination microwave/convection oven above the 3 burner stove and oven. The kitchen is also stocked with dishes, flatware, cookware, kitchen utensils, toaster, and coffee maker.
There are plenty of electrical outlets throughout the rig powered by an inverter when traveling. You will not run out of juice for all those electronics you travel with. Also, be aware there is a 42" television in the family area, another 32" tv in the master bedroom, then an additional tv outside..
Outside you will find plenty of storage underneath along with a power awning. For outdoor cooking, there is a small gas grill and table provided.
You will have plenty of freshwater with a 93 gallon tank. Additionally, there are 2 black tanks and 2 gray water tanks.
We are short drive to 3 of the best lakes and camping in Arkansas. So you can maximize your time, I can easily deliver and get you set up.
Up to two pets (dogs/cats) are welcome provided they are each under 50 pounds. A $50 per pet cleaning fee is required. You must advise us of breed and size when making reservation as some breeds are not allowed.
NO Smoking or drugs in the coach. You will forfeit your entire deposit if you choose to do so. If you have a campfire near the coach, please keep doors and windows closed to limit smoke drift into coach.
NO illegal activity of any kind.
Only verified drivers are allowed and must be over 25. Preference is someone that has driven a rig of this size before.
No outdoor concerts/festivals. Deposit will be forfeited should you not abide by this policy. Additional charges could apply.
The coach must be brought back full of fuel, or you will be charged $50 plus current price per gal for fuel.
Propane is to be returned full. If not, estimated usage will be calculated and charged based on current pricing.
Both black and gray tanks must be returned empty. If not, you will be charged $75
Cleaning and sanitation fee: $75
Generator usage is 4 hours per day free. $3 per hour after.
Should awning be used, it is renters responsibility to retract during storms or high winds. If used and renter leaves the rig, it should be retracted. It is also recommended to retract at night. Your insurance typically does not cover the cost of replacement. Any damage to any slide toppers and slides is responsibility of renter.

If the cause of the issues are due to renter causes, the renter will be withheld from the deposit.
Renter is responsible for checking/maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling stop. Cost due to renter negligence will be the renter's responsibility.
Owner will provide information on the operation of the coach and its systems at time of pickup and will provide manuals in advance. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in the coach may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.

Any sustained (30 minutes) speed over this policy will be charged $25 for each occurrence. This is intended to assure the safety of the renter and passengers. It is also recommended that the maximum driving time per day is 8 hours. Removing the GPS unit will result in full forfeiture of your deposit.
Renter must provide owner with planned route and addresses of overnight stays.
Owner provides renter with a Garmin GPS unit specifically designed for RV’s. This will give you a route that considers the specifications of the coach to avoid any routes that would create driving problems.
You will be provided with this agreement for signing prior to departure.

I would look out the plane window and think to myself that I wanted to travel throughout the country by RV and really see this great country. I recently completed a 4,000 mile trip through New Mexico, Utah, Idaho, and Oklahoma. Most of the trip by myself. Enjoyed every minute. There is no better time than now!

This was an amazing experience. The host (Howard) made sure everything was PERFECT for trip. He made sure every detail was attended to and it was so appreciated! We would chose him and his dog over and over again. It was worth every penny. Thank you!

Howard’s rig was excellent to rent. It was well provisioned and Howard was a very helpful and attentive owner. We plan to rent from him again next time we visit the Hot Springs area.

The RV is in excellent condition and performed perfectly. We had no mechanical issues. Howard explained the operation of all systems throughly. The RV was stocked with all essentials and more. Howard was a wonderful host and made our RV experience memorable.

I will spend time with you at pick up to make sure you understand how to operate all of the equipment. You will also have a manual with easy to follow directions.
